Refunds can only be passed back to the method of payment used.
Refunds may be issued for items that are unavailable, wrong items ordered, broken/damaged items received, returns received or orders made in error. When the refund request is logged on our system, you will receive a Credit Note via email.
PayPal refunds are usually instant from the point of processing, while card refunds can take 3-5 working days to clear back into your account. If after 5 working days, you have still not received the funds, please contact email@example.com
