If you require the DPD shipping service, but cannot select that option from the website, please try clearing the postcode field and ensure it is entered with spaces where required e.g. FK3 8YE and not FK38YE. If the postcode is entered correctly, the website will allow DPD to show as a shipping option.
If you have selected 'collection from warehouse' as your shipping method but are based a good distance away from our Grangemouth site, Customer Support will normally contact you to check whether this has been in error, or whether you are arranging another courier to collect from the warehouse on your behalf.
In the event that the selection has been made in error, a separate shipping invoice will be raised and issued to you via email. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal link; payment details will be included in the email body.
Please use the order number as your payment reference, and respond to the email to confirm that payment has been made (please also note the payment method used). As soon as we have confirmation that payment has been received, the order will be shipped out to you.
