If you forget to add an item to your order before checking out, it may still be possible to add items or combine smaller orders without paying additional shipping.
This will only be possible if the first order has not yet been completed and the combined items can be carried at no additional charge.
If you would like to add items to an existing order, or combine orders, please contact our customer services department as soon as possible. The quickest and easiest way to do this is by submitting a support ticket, most of which are answered within an hour (for tickets submitted within normal business hours).
