If you forget to add an item to your order before checking out, it may still be possible to add items or combine smaller orders without paying additional shipping.
This will only be possible if the first order has not yet been completed and the combined items can be carried at no additional charge.
If you would like to add items to an existing order, or combine orders, please contact our customer services department as soon as possible. The quickest and easiest way to do this is by submitting a support ticket, most of which are answered within an hour (for tickets submitted within normal business hours). Tickets raised after 5pm on a Friday will be checked and responded to from 9am on Monday morning.

All orders must be placed via the website. Once Customer Services check that your first order hasn't been packed/shipped, you will be asked to place a second order for the missed items, and select 'collection from warehouse' as your shipping preference to avoid any additional shipping charges. Once the second order has been picked, the two orders will be packed together.
